Regenerative tours in the media
Our past Regenerative Tours have been hugely successful and impactful, below are a few highlights:
McKenzie River Regenerative Trip: The communities surrounding the Mckenzie River depend on quality recreation sites that were in desperate need of repair and revitalization. During this trip, participants learned about wildlife recovery and wildfire prevention through adventure and service.
Olympic National Forest and Culture Trip: Participants experienced the magic of the Olympic National Forest, the only rainforest in North America, with the long-standing communities of the region. Our hosts, the Jamestown S’Klallam tribe, were the focal point of this tour. The guests were immersed in the culture, actively participating in culinary, communal, and cultural activities spanning the three-day visit.
Willamette River- Wine and Regeneration Trip: This tour participated in a stewardship project with a local non-profit to provide guests with a rich historical understanding of the region and the significance of the Willamette river to local communities. The immersive educational experience included a guided kayak tour near the historic town of Independence, the point of inspiration for this tour. Guests enjoyed tastings at a local sustainable winery and a farm-to-table meal.
