Festive events are ramping up this weekend with everything from zombie themed obstacle courses to Halloween-inspired circus acts. If you're looking for a break from all the spooky-themed activities, head over to one of the many film festivals our local markets popping up this weekend!

Earshot Jazz Festival: Continuing through this weekend, this music festival features performances from local musicians to world-renowned Jazz artists. October 6 – November 5th.
Tasveer Film Festival: Boasted as “the only Oscar qualifying South Asian film festival in the world”, this festival features films, panel discussions, and workshops celebrating South Asia. October 19 – 22.
Survive Seattle Zombie Run: Participants will make their way through a themed obstacle course while trying to escape the zombies! This event also offers food vendors, a blood drive, and more! October 21 – 22.
