Din Tai Fung – The international dumpling chain famous for its xiao long bao opens a second location in downtown Pioneer Place 

La Patroncita – translating to “little girl boss”, this chic Mexican restaurant offers authentic, yet hip Mexican dishes featuring pink tortillas 

Kann & Sousòl – A Pacific Northwest twist on Haitian cuisine and cocktails by James Beard award-winning chef Gregory Gourdet, named one of Bon Appétit’s best new restaurants of 2023.

El Salto – A pop-up vegan Venezuelan restaurant is now getting a permanent food truck location at Bite on Belmont
